NST school-day programs combine movement, skill-building, teamwork, and fun in an organized environment led by experienced coaches. Activities are designed to keep students engaged while giving them opportunities to build confidence, stay active, and connect with their peers.
Programs can be adapted based on the age group, school schedule, available space, and goals of the school or PTA.
